Building Resiliency in Youth: Connection to Care (BRY: C2C)
Building Resiliency in Youth: Connection to Care (BRY: C2C) supports the mental health of New Yorkers aged 13-21 by offering counseling, stress management skills, and resilience-building strategies. The program follows a 5-step process: screening to assess emotional well-being, discussing confidentiality, conducting interviews and questionnaires to understand participants, teaching stress management techniques, and connecting youth to additional resources as needed to ensure comprehensive care and support.
